LTCS Guidelines

The LTCS Guidelines are made by the Lifetime Care and Support Commissioner of the Australian Capital Territory (LTCS Commissioner) under section 93 of the Lifetime Care and Support (Catastrophic Injuries) Act 2014 (LTCS Act).

The LTCS Guidelines set out eligibility criteria for the LTCS Scheme, the procedures to be followed and the treatment and care to be provided to participants. The Guidelines must be followed by the Commissioner, by participants and by service providers.

Any questions about the LTCS Scheme and the LTCS Guidelines may be directed to the LTCS Commissioner.
