The 2023-24 Budget is presented in two papers and a series of agency Budget Statements.
Budget Speech
The Treasurer's speech to the Legislative Assembly highlights the Government’s Budget strategy and key features of the Budget.
Budget Outlook
The Budget Outlook summarises the 2023-24 Budget and forward estimates for the general government sector, the public trading enterprise sector and the total Territory Government.
Details of the projected 2023-24 Budget results are provided, as well as background information on the development of the 2023-24 Budget, including economic conditions and federal financial relations. It also provides an overview of the Territory’s infrastructure investment program and details of 2023-24 initiatives. Full accrual financial statements and notes are provided for all sectors.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Budget Statement 2023-24
The ACT Government is committed to delivering equitable outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Canberrans. In February 2019, the Government signed up to a new partnership with the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Elected Body through the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Agreement 2019-2028.

Women's Budget Statement 2023-24
The Women's Budget Statement provides the opportunity for the Government to demonstrate to the community its gender responsive policies and highlight its work to improve the wellbeing of women and girls in the ACT. The Women's Budget Statement is prepared annually as an action under the First Action Plan of the ACT Women's Plan 2016-26.
Cost of Living Statement 2023-24
The Government supports vulnerable households by providing a wide range of targeted concessions to assist with living expenses including general rates, utility bills, driver licence fees, motor vehicle registration fees, and public transport fares.
Through the 2023-24 Budget, the ACT Government is introducing new initiatives and expanding existing ones to reduce some of the cost of living pressures faced by the most disadvantaged and vulnerable members of our community.
