About our maintenance services

ACT Property Group provides maintenance and upgrades services to ACT Government customers at over 400 sites. The group offers its customers a 'one-stop-shop' and 'fit-for-purpose' capability for asset management.

Services include:

Submitting a work order request

When submitting a work order request, please complete the following steps:

  1. Describe the type of work or repair required. For example: carpet cleaning, electrical repairs, general repairs, locksmith services, etc.
  2. Tell us how urgently the work needs to be completed:
    • Urgent (Within 4 hours)
    • High priority (Within 3 working days)
    • Routine (Within 10 working days).
  3. Complete the work order request form (DOC 48KB) or if you are a government tenant lodge a request through the Service Now website.

Urgent requests should only be submitted for high risk work health and safety or security issues. All other requests are considered either high priority or routine.

Urgent work orders should be phoned through to our 24 hour Response Centre on (02) 6213 0700.
